Shared and Reseller Hosting Support In order to offer our premium services at affordable prices support is limited to server or network level issues such as hardware, software, and connectivity issues. a.) Configuration requests - we honor most configuration requests that need to be done on admin level such as custom php/mysql configurations, firewall configuarations for your dedicated ips, dns, and httpd configurations. b.) Software requests - any reasonable request for software, libraries, or modules that cannot be installed on user level will be granted as long as it does not intefere with the security, stability and performance of other users on the server. c.) Control panel questions and support - this is something we do not encourage. Unless there is something wrong with the control panel, something is not working, you are seeing errors, etc; then please do not contact us for such support. There are help pages, faqs, knowledgebases, and even video tutorials provided in each control panel as well as massive amounts of information on the net . If you are not familliar with using a control panel and cannot or will not read the avilable documentation then we are not the host for you. d.) Emergency Support - We do provide emergency support for service outages, account comprimises, and anything else that causes your site to be down and is out of your control. In the event of an outage please confirm that it is not a problem with your connection by testing using www.host-tracker.com . If host-tracker shows your site up yet you cannot reach it, put in a ticket being sure to include your ip address. If you do not know your ip address visit www.whatsmyip.org tp obtain it. If you are sure of an outage you may call our 24/7 emergency line listed on the contact page. e.) Webmaster help - We do not offer any support for webmaster related issues and difficulty including coding, site installs, etc. if there is an issue where a library or configuration on our side is needed please let us know and we will make the changes for you but besides that we do not help with webmaster duties. f.) Backups - We have nightly backups on all servers done at 1am EST. We will restore backups for emergencies such as hacks, hardware failure, etc. But if you are doing development work or upgrades on your site make sure to do backups first as we will not restore backups in these situations.
High Risk Hosting Support Notice: You must keep in mind that igh risk hosting is not 100% , especially the mid-level budget protection we offer. There will be around 97-98% uptime. And there wil be times when we have to work on your site to mitigate attacks. Do not bombard us with support tickets during this time or make emergency calls. Support response time is 12-24 hours for non-emergency issues.
II.Content a.) No warez at
all. People caught with warez the first time will have the files
and all other questionable material deleted, and will be given a
warning.
Anyone caught with warez a second time will have their account
terminated
and will have to pay a fee to receive their backups. This includes
linking
warez to upload sites like rapidshare! Linking is just as illegal as
having
the actual file on the server. This means no warez forums, listing, of
any
kind. No illegal sites of any kind. b.) Porn is
acceptable if it is legal. c.) You may only upload LEGAL content. You cannot engage or promote any kind of illegal activity. We do support free speech sites as long as you stay within the law. d.) Content may also be subject to admin discretion. We reserve the right to refuse and revoke service at any time with or without cause. e.)Security
sites and forums are welcome as long as all materials
and content are legal. f.)Phishing
pages of any kind are strictly forbidden and will result
in immediate termination without warning. g.)We do
support free speech sites of all types as long as you do
not cross the line into harassment or inciting violence, It must
be clearly legal speech and content. c.)Malicious
Botnets are strictly forbidden. Anyone running botnets or
related materials will be reported to authorities and of course have
their account terminated. d.)Spam, mass
mailing, or email marketing in any way shape or form is
strictly forbidden on all accounts and will result in immediate
termination without warning. e.)Malicious
hacking materials, trojans, viri, and malicious bots
either running in process or for download are forbidden. Violators
will have their account terminated immediately. We do understand
that not all hacking and hacking materials are bad, as long as
they are legal and ethical they are allowed. f.)Anyone
caught uploading any kind of shell (PHP, CGI, etc.) will
be terminated immediately and will not receive a refund. g.)Resource and cronjob abuse is forbidden and will result in suspension or termination depending on the circumstances. Admin discretion may be used in any situation. h.) php/cgi proxies are strictly forbidden, no exceptions i.) CGI-IRC is strictly forbidden, no exceptions. Java and php chat gateways like pjirc and others are allowed. IMPORTANT:
We do not support server side includes or Front Page
Extensions. Blackhat SEO materials like link generators are
forbidden, You cannot run constant processes on webhosting
accounts. Cronjobs are acceptable but if frequency constitutes
abuse, your site will be suspended. We do not host spammers or
link farms! Billing/Refund Policy a.)REFUND
POLICY: All of our services are non-refundable. We ask clients to read all terms and knowledgebase articles before signing up. We only refund for accidental billing or double payments. c.) Paypal is only accepted payment method. d.) Chargebacks - Anyone responsible for a chargeback under any circumstances will have their account suspended immediateley. You will be given 24 hours to Western Union the due fees and $50 charegback fee. After this time if WU payment is not made account will be terminated e.) Cancellation - Cancelling an account is as simple as letting us know by cancelling in your billing profile, putting in a ticket or sending an email. You must cancel before the next due date. if you have a paypal subscription open it is your duty to cancel it. Although if you do miss it or forget to cancel it and notice that you have paid after you have cancelled your hosting we will refund your money. We dont make you go through loops to cancel an account. If you accidentally paid for services you dont have no longer we will refund you.
